- Is Full Access a subscription?
- No. It’s a one-time $19.99 purchase, processed by Apple. You pay once and it’s yours. There is no monthly plan, no annual renewal, and nothing that quietly bills you next spring.
- Does my partner have to pay too?
- No. One Full Access purchase covers you and a linked partner. If either of you buys it, the other gets it too.
- What exactly is free?
- Downloading the app, capturing photos, voice memos, and text notes, on-device transcription, and your first Home Summary Report with real AI synthesis. You can tour with HomeThoughts for free and see a real report before deciding whether to buy anything.
- What does Full Access unlock?

- Can I get a refund?
- Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple’s standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds directly.
- My agent gave me a code. What does it do?
- It unlocks Full Access for you, and a linked partner too, free to you, as a gift from your agent. Redeem it in the app under Settings. Your agent never sees your captures or reports; they just get the thanks.
