Codes are valid for 12 months from issue. Ordering is concierge today: email us, we invoice, you get codes plus a short gift script for handing them to clients.

HomeThoughts never touches your client relationship. There's no agent portal, no dashboard, and no view into what your buyers capture or think. Their notes are theirs, private by default. You get the credit for a thoughtful gift; they get a private place to think. If your clients ask, point them at our privacy policy, which says the same thing.
HomeThoughts is built by Ryan Ford, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker. It was designed around the buyer conversations agents actually have, which is why it organizes your clients' thinking and stays out of your lane: no leadgen, no referral fees, no competing for your buyer.
Agent questions
- What do my clients get?
- One seat unlocks Full Access for one client, and their partner if they link one: every home report, the Where You Stand comparison, the agent PDF, and market trends. They redeem your code in the app in about ten seconds.
- What do I see about my clients’ activity?
- Their content? Nothing, ever. Captures, notes, and reports are private to your client. A monthly activation snapshot is planned that shows metadata only, like how many of your codes have been redeemed. There is no agent portal or dashboard, by design, and that’s a promise to your clients as much as to you.
- How do I buy a pack?
- Email us. Today it’s concierge: we invoice you, you get your codes, along with a short gift script you can adapt when you hand them to clients. Online checkout is coming, but you don’t have to wait for it.
- Do codes expire?
- Codes expire 12 months after they’re issued, so gift them while they’re fresh. Unredeemed seats aren’t refundable.
- Can clients buy HomeThoughts themselves?
- Yes. The app is a free download and Full Access is $19.99 one time. A gifted seat simply makes it your gift: your name and brokerage appear as the sponsor credit inside their app and on their Search Recap keepsake.
