Does HomeThoughts find homes for you?
No, and that’s on purpose. You’ll find homes on Zillow, Redfin, or with your agent. HomeThoughts is for what happens next: remembering what you saw, sorting out what you thought, and deciding with confidence. Keep Zillow. Bring HomeThoughts to the tour.
Will it tell you which house to buy?
It will show you which home fits you best so far, based on your own notes and what you said matters, and tell you why. It won’t tell you to buy it. When your notes are thin, it says it’s early, and when you and your partner see a home differently, it shows you both. The decision stays with the two of you.
Is HomeThoughts free?
It’s free to download, capturing is always free, and reports are free for every home and neighborhood you tour. Your first few AI-written summaries are free too. Are your captures private?
Yes. Your captures are private by default and visible only to you, and your partner if you link accounts. Voice memos are transcribed on your iPhone, and nothing you capture goes to the cloud AI unless you opt in, a choice you can change anytime in Settings. You sign in with Apple, nothing is shared unless you create a share link yourself, and you can delete everything, in the app, anytime.
Is there an Android version?
Not today. HomeThoughts is an iPhone app, built natively for iOS 17 and later.
